COVID-19 Update: 

Hot Sulphur Springs Resort & Spa is open Monday through Sunday from 8 AM to 10 PM. We are happy to announce the hot spring pools and massages are now available. Starting 07/27/2020, online reservations are required as we have limited capacity. We do have flip-flops, towels, beverages, and snack items available for purchase at the Front Desk.

Lodging Update:

As of 12/12/2020, Lodging is available. To make a reservation, please call our front desk at 970-725-3306 and press 0 to be connected with one of our front desk members.

Please note: All lodging reservations include two complimentary sessions of our hot spring pools, one session on the day of check-in and one session on the day of check out. On the day of check-in, lodging guests will have the ability to reserve one of our hot spring sessions. On the day of check out, lodging guests will have the ability to soak between 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. When making your lodging reservation, please reserve the hot spring session you would like to book for the day of check-in, and also please confirm if you would like to reserve the 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM session on the day of check out.

It’s important for us to meet or exceed the guidelines set forth by local, regional, state, and federal agencies for operating in a COVID-19 environment, and want to inform you of some changes you’ll notice on your next visit.

These guidelines include:

  • Personal protection equipment: For the safety of our employees and guests, Guests will need to follow the city and county guidelines at the time of their visit.

  • Health screening and enhanced training for our employees

  • Touchless transactions whenever possible

  • Plexiglass guards at registers

  • Cleaning and disinfecting of common touchpoints

  • Limited capacity

  • Additional hand-sanitizing stations

More specifically:

  • Online reservations are REQUIRED with specific time slots for a 2-hour visit. We will allow walk-ins based on existing reservations and capacity. For example, if you purchase a ticket for the 10 am to 12 pm time period, you will be asked to leave at 12 pm. Please adhere to the time slot purchased online and be ready to leave on time. You will be given a wristband to self-apply that identifies your time slot. Anyone without a wristband will be asked to leave.

  • To cancel or modify, please give us a call at (970) 725-3306 (press 0 for front desk) at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation. Please note, you must call us during our business hours (8 AM to 10 PM) to modify or cancel your reservation. Cancellation or modification after business hours is non-refundable.

  • You will be asked to sign a waiver when you arrive at the front desk.

  • Capacity will be reduced per county health guidelines.

  • The locker rooms and lockers will be closed. While our restroom facilities will remain open, they will be restricted to a very limited capacity. All guests are encouraged to come ready to swim, bypass locker rooms, and carry their belongings with them next to the pools. There are benches around the pool areas. Please leave valuables in your vehicles or at home. Re-entry is not permitted.

  • Outside food, drink, and alcohol is not allowed.

  • For your safety, we reserve the right to have a security search before check-in.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By visiting Hot Sulphur Springs, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. All guests must take personal responsibility for their own health and safety when visiting by making good choices.

What we ask of you:

  • If you are sick or not feeling well, please refrain from visiting.

  • Wash hands often and use hand sanitizer where available.

  • Maintain safe physical distancing from other parties.
